Replacement Policy

• We provide 100% replacement for products with major manufacturing defects highlighted to us within the warranty period, as per company policy.
• No cash refunds are provided once the article is purchased.
• To request a replacement, please contact our Customer Care at care@wonderchef.in or call us at 1860 266 0788 within 72 hours of delivery in case of damage/defect.
• The product must be unused, intact, and with all original packaging and invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify packaging/condition, we’ll initiate a refund within 24-48 business hours.

Before Shipment:

Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after cancellation.

After Shipment (Before Delivery):
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel by contacting our Customer Support.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for delivered products except in cases of approved replacements for defects.

Refunds are only applicable for order cancellations as mentioned above.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation.

Incorrect, Incomplete, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at care@wonderchef.in or 1860 266 0788.
Our team will assist you with verification and provide a replacement if required.
